Ross Mirian is a member of the State Bar of California and the Law Society of Upper Canada.
Mr. Mirian’s ability to practice law in Canada and the United States has put him amongst a selected group of lawyers that can help service clients across North America.
Mr. Mirian focuses on long-term disability claims, motor vehicle accidents, and slip/trip and fall litigation. He has appeared before the Superior Court of Ontario and California. He is known to be an aggressive problem-solver that has been able to negotiate favorable lump sum settlements and mediations on behalf of many disabled and injured plaintiffs.
Hossein Niroomand is 'Of Counsel' to Blackacre Law, P.C. He has been practicing since 2003 and specializes in personal injury, disability insurance, slip and fall, and motor vehicle accident litigation. He is admitted to the Ontario Bar representing injured or disabled people with compassion and sensitivity.
Mr. Niroomand is a seasoned trial lawyer that is very well respected within the legal community for his extensive experience in aggressively defending his clients rights. Anna Rezaei is an associate lawyer of Blackacre Law P.C.
Anna graduated from Ryerson University with a Bachelors of Applied Science and obtained her law degrees from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law and the University of Detroit Mercy.
Anna joined Blackacre Law shortly after her Call to the Bar. Prior to joining Blackacre Law, Anna articled at a personal injury law firm in Toronto, where she assisted on arbitrations, and regularly represented clients in court. She has appeared before the Superior Court of Justice, Ontario Court of Justice and Small Claims Court.
